I know there was rumor about Ben Barnes being Aro and there was some misunderstanding about him being Jacob. I really don't think that is true. He looks nothing like Jacob.

Michael Copon has been heavily considered to replace Tyler Lautner. BUT I also read Tyler say he is still has time to prove he can be the Jacob they need him to be in New Moon. So who knows.

It would be a big big deal if Ian McKellan and Christopher Lee. However I am torn on that. I just think they need to steer clear signing people from Harry Potter/Lord of the Rings. No matter how awesome they are. But I could change my mind on that.

Kristin Chenoweth as Jane? She doesn't seem like she could be scary enough. She is the right size though. That casting should be interesting if it were to occur.

Oh and I have also read a lot of buzzing about Jodelle Ferland as Jane.

I prefer Jodelle to Kristin.I didn't read the books,how old is Jane?

they don't really say. in new moon she is described as this:

"as tiny as Alice, lank, pale brown hair trimmed short. slim and androgynous. wide eyed full lipped."

oh and for those who don't know Alice is described as being no more than 4'11 tall.

I agree with audrey and I think I would prefer Jodelle, she is scary looking in the Silent Hill photos.

Now there are rumblings that Ben Barnes might not be playing Aro but Demetri instead.

I think it will be very interesting to see who they choose to play all these characters. I can't wait until a final cast list is made public.

as soon as i read new moon the only thing on my mind (aside from the whole marriage thing... i didn't see that coming!! i swear i gasped and screamed a little! i thought i was hallucinting!) was WHO IS GOING TO PLAY THE VOLTURI!!!!!!!!!

and on a Jacob note, i wish they'd keep him!! he has the perfect i'm-in-love-with-Bella face.... those crazy puppy eyes can't be replaced!!

and i didn't even realize Alice was supposed to be THAT tiny... i know she's all pixied up and all, but just normal height will do!! i'm glad that she was portrayed like that in the movie... it was pretty much how i imagined her!! that actress has such a sweet and kind face
